Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged

To request a return, please email us at info@tarre.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, due to hygiene reasons. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We are currently not accepting exchanges.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

If your return is not approved (for example, if the item shows signs of wear), it will be returned to you.
