We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed over weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24:
Aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
This service is fully tracked. While delivery usually occurs the next day, please allow 1–2 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48:
Aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch.
This service is fully tracked.
You can make changes until the order enters the shipping process. Please email info@tarre.co.uk with your order number and request, and we will respond within 24 hours.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
We do not currently offer a pre-order service. If an item you want is out of stock, you can sign up to get a notification when it is restocked.
We currently only ship within the UK.
All our products are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Our standard shipping price is £3.75. If you spend over £100, delivery is free.
